# Flat for rent near the medical university

There is a 35 m2 bachelor flat for rent with one room, with american style kitchen, with bathroom, with little balcony right near at the medical university on the first floor(there is elevator in the house).  
The room and the kitchen is well-equipped.  
Cable TV and internet is available if necessary.  
Rental price is EUR260 + EUR90 overhead/month.  
It is required one year contract and 2 month caution price.

Hi vecsei,

could you tell me please if gas,water, etc. are included in 260€/month and what's the additional price for internet/phone? Is the internet connestion allready installed? Which provider do you prefer?  
When could I first rent the flat?
